How we use it
We use your information to run the Society: sending the monthly dispatch, confirming event registrations, reviewing testimonials and author applications, and responding to messages you send us.
Communications
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any issue. Transactional messages — such as an event confirmation you requested — are sent separately from marketing email.
Storage and security
Member data is stored in our managed database with access restricted to Society staff who need it. Testimonials and applications are reviewed privately before anything is published.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by writing to the Society through the contact page. We will action verified requests promptly.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially we will note the update on this page and, where appropriate, tell members in the monthly dispatch.
